That means a certificate of insurance on file before the first visit, badge access windows, freight elevator bookings and building standards that tenants notice. We clean these floors in the evening, after the elevators and loading docks free up, and the same crew comes back each night, so the building's rules only have to be learned once.
Common areas are part of the same job when a property manager hires us for a whole building: lobbies, corridors, restrooms, stairwells and elevator cabs with their stainless panels, buttons and floors. These are the surfaces every tenant touches, and they are the first thing a visitor sees.
