Avant Apartments is a six-story apartment building on East Denny Way in Seattle, where Capitol Hill meets the Central District.
Our crew cleans all of its shared spaces three times a week. That covers the lobby with its mailboxes and entry mat, the carpeted hallways, the elevator, the common restrooms and the rooftop terraces with their lounge seating, dining tables and a fenced turf area.
